Zen Baths are designed in Melbourne, Australia and are hand carved by skilled stonemasons in China. Each Zen Marble Bath takes hundreds of hours of precise workmanship to achieve our unique designs. Once complete, numerous quality checks and tests are performed to make sure there are no defects and imperfections. All marble baths are securely packed and sealed in large wooden crates and imported Worldwide in large shipping containers.
The baths are transported to site via large flat bed trucks with crane arms to safely lower them.

Do you offer installation?
No we do not offer installation.
How do I install my new Zen Bath?
Installation of the bath should be carried our by professionals who can operate heavy lifting equipment and cranes. Each bath weighs 800-1200kg.
How do I order?
You can order a Zen Bath by purchasing directly on the website or contacting us and obtaining a quote.
At Zen Baths quality control is paramount, so each bath must pass our rigorous quality assurance tests and checks prior to packing and shipment.
What is the warranty on a Zen Bath?
All Zen Baths come with our 2 year manufacturers warranty. More information can be found on our Warranty page and Refund policy page.

Please note the marble baths are very heavy and you need to speak to an engineer before looking to install one into a new build or renovation to make sure the flooring below can structurally support the weight. In most instances they will not work in an existing dwelling due to installation and access constraints.
